Ġuda L-Iskarjota

Ta’ Sannat Local Council will present a passion drama titled Ġuda l-Iskarjota (Judas Iscariot). Written in Maltese by Mons. Anton Saliba and artistically directed by Mr Sunny Scicluna, the production promises to be a poignant and thought-provoking event. The drama will take place at Triq tal-Gruwa, Ta’ Sannat, on Sunday, 6th April, just before the Catholic community gets close to the solemnity of Holy Week. This drama, styled in the Shakespearean tradition, recounts the compelling story of Judas Iscariot, exploring themes of charisma, his role among the chosen band of apostles, fleeting opportunities, and the profound call of temptation.
