L-Assedji ta’ Malta

At the Basilica of Maria Bambina in Xag’ra, a solemn concelebration with the singing of the Te Deum will be held, followed by historical re-enactments of the Great Siege of 1565 and World War II in 1943. The event will also include commemorative speeches, a display by the Malta Police Band, an honour guard by the Armed Forces of Malta, and the laying of wreaths.
