Eugenia Radoslava features in her second chamber recital at the festival, this time with compatriot Maria Miteva. Taking cue from the festival’s 2024 theme, the repertoire takes concertgoers on a timeless musical journey from the Baroque era to contemporary composers, from classical forms to boogie-inspired works.
Gaulitana: A Festival of Music returns, inviting aficionados to immerse themselves in a timeless musical experience.
Defined as “a major festival of classical music” (Musical Opinion UK), the annual springtime festival presents a multifarious programme of concerts and recitals in various localities around Gozo as international and local artists star in an eclectic mix of musical styles. The educational programme GAULearn and an exhibition on Puccini run in parallel as the festival aspires to kindle creativity in a month-long cultural bonanza.
Gaulitana runs from 23 March to 21 April. Festival events (except opera) are free of charge and no reservations are required.
